Rossella has been organising national-level events such as the CSR and Social Innovation Show since 2005, offering sustainable organisations a chance to meet and trade ideas. She has also been a professor of Social Communication at the University of Milan and of Unconventional Marketing at Università Cattolica di Milano for over 10 years. Rossella is also a member of the Governing Council of the CSR Manager Network, of the National FERPI Council and of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Pubblicità Progresso.
